Technical Mastery of the Ball: Defined
Technical mastery of the ball consist of touching the ball with multiple parts of foot in various speeds and motions. This is important in order to increase foot-eye ball coordination, balance, and foot speed.  Each session will progressively get more difficult as we increase the speed and technical difficulty of the motion or move.
Example:
Level 1 - Boxing the ball
Level 2 - Boxing the ball with a step over
Level 3 - Boxing the ball with a step over and rolling it inside to outside
Level 4 - Boxing the ball with a step over and rolling it inside to outside then cutting it behind the standing leg
Level 5 - Boxing the ball with a step over and rolling it inside to outside then double cut behind the standing leg
