Serious About Playing at the Next Level? So Are We
!
The FCCA Classic Program is dedicated for developing players so they can cope with the physical, mental, and pyschological demands at the next level (college and pro). Around 75% of FCCA Classic players continue their career at prestigious Division I and II Collegiate programs.
Our
Success
at FCCA of "graduating" players to the next level can be attributed to:
1)
Mentally, Physically, and Psychologically demanding curriculum that focuses on player development.
2)
Experience and professionlism of our coaching staff.
3)
15 College coaches and the network they provide.
4)
Two Year Block Coaching Structure.
Coaching Staff
With 15 college coaches in our organization and multiple coaches with distinguished coaching licenses, our training sessions are fast paced and intense. Practices are designed to challenge players mentally, physically, and psychologically which will prepare them for the next level.
Having such a plethora of talented coaches at FCCA has been the key to the clubs success.
FCCA is proud to have many qualified, experienced and collegiate coaches in our club.
Our coaching philosophy, at FCCA, is to place our coaches into 2 year blocks based upon their specific style of coaching and education.
Read below details of our 2 year block program.
Two Year Block
FCCA places their coaches into a 2 year block in which they will coach an individual team for that time. At the end of the second year the coach will pass that team up to the next 2 year coach and receive a new team aging into his/her block. Our reasoning behind 2 year block:
Provides structure for Players and Parents.
Coaches find what works at that age group.
Coaches understand the level for each age group.
Set rotation of coaching staff is set up for player development.
Players understand what is expected at each 2 year block.
A sense of accomplishment as a player completes his/her block.
The Curriculum
Below you will find a quick summary of the FCCA curriculum. As your child progresses through our system, the amount of emphasis and time spent on each different training phase will vary. At the entry ages we focus more on Technical Training as our goal is to make your player the best individual soccer player possible. We want to increase your player's foot - eye cordination and to ensure proper body movement to increase athleticism. Once we have built that base and our players have matured we emphasis more tactical training to ensure that a great group of individuals becomes a great team. To ensure proper mental development our staff have trained with Dan Freigang (sports psychologist) who works with the US National Team and professional soccer teams around the world like Manchester United.

Collegiate Network
Our collegiate network provides the organization with opportunities that are unavailable at other clubs. Our older teams have the opportunity to scrimage DI and DII universities which provides our players with the opportunity to see what it takes to succeed at the collegiate level. If your player is interested in playing soccer at a university after club, we use our network to place your player at a university that best suits them.
